Liberty Village is a single-family neighborhood in east Manhattan Beach, east of Sepulveda Boulevard. It runs roughly from Redondo Avenue east to Aviation Boulevard, between Marine Avenue and Manhattan Beach Boulevard, close to Polliwog Park.

For many buyers, Liberty Village is the way into Manhattan Beach. Homes sit on regular suburban lots with yards, prices are generally lower than west of Sepulveda, and you still get Manhattan Beach Unified School District, including Mira Costa High School. A lot of the original homes were postwar tract houses, and many have been remodeled or rebuilt into larger two-story homes, so you will see a mix of original and new on the same street.

Daily life here is about parks, schools and easy errands. Polliwog Park is nearby for weekend picnics and summer concerts, and shopping along Sepulveda and at Manhattan Village is a short drive. The beach is a few miles west, an easy bike ride or a short drive. Aviation and Rosecrans make it quick to reach the El Segundo office corridor and the 405.
